Identify who provides the credit
Ask whether the arrangement is credit from the advertising platform, credit extended by a supplier, or simply access to an account that uses monthly invoicing. These descriptions can imply different parties and obligations. Record who receives the invoice and who must pay it.
Google’s monthly-invoicing documentation illustrates the distinction: approval involves a credit review and agreed terms. That Google example does not establish the terms of a Meta account or an Elite Ecom offer. The actual written arrangement remains the relevant evidence.
Separate the limit from the usable amount
A stated credit limit is not necessarily the amount available for new campaigns today. Existing unpaid costs, other linked activity and the arrangement’s rules may affect the remaining capacity. Ask for the relevant balance and its date rather than relying on an old screenshot.
Google describes its invoicing credit line as a maximum balance across covered charges. Use that as a reminder to ask what a quoted limit measures. Do not assume that a supplier’s credit amount is exclusively reserved for your business unless the agreement says so.
Read the repayment conditions
Find the invoice date, payment due date, currency, applicable charges and what happens after a late payment. Clarify whether advertising must be prepaid despite the underlying account having a credit facility. A supplier can have invoicing terms without passing those terms to every customer.
For example, “the account has a credit line” and “your business can pay advertising costs next month” are different promises. Ask the provider to state which one applies. Keep that answer with the quote and payment schedule.
Use six concrete questions
Get a written response before allocating a campaign budget around deferred payment. If a material answer is missing, plan on the confirmed funding terms rather than an assumed financing benefit.
- Who is the creditor and who owes the amount?
- What limit and remaining capacity apply to my arrangement?
- Is any deposit or prepayment still required?
- When and how must outstanding costs be repaid?
- Which fees or consequences can apply?
- What happens to unpaid costs when the service ends?
Confirm the offer for your own account
Elite Ecom’s credit-related conditions depend on the account and are confirmed before payment. No universal credit amount or guaranteed approval is stated here. Keep subscription fees, advertising funds and any credit obligation as separate lines.
Send your expected spend and funding needs on Telegram to discuss the account arrangement. Elite Ecom supplies accounts and support; your team should approve the financial commitment and campaign budgets itself.
