Compare agency account providers using the same written brief

Comparing providers works better when each one answers the same brief. Otherwise a low fee may describe one account while another quote includes different assets, funding conditions or services. This guide turns the comparison into a document you can use during a sales conversation.

Write a neutral brief

Describe your business, website, target countries, planned advertising spend and existing assets. State that your team manages the campaigns if that is the intended arrangement. Specify the number of accounts and the access tasks you need, without assuming that a provider’s package names mean the same thing.

Send the same request to each shortlisted supplier. Ask them to distinguish what is available now from what depends on eligibility, documentation or further approval. Keep the date and the person who supplied the answer.

Compare deliverables before headlines

Use separate rows for the ad account, business portfolio, Page, dataset, onboarding and support. For each row, record whether it is supplied, required from you or outside scope. Then write who owns it and who may administer it.

A phrase such as premium or agency does not replace this information. If one quote includes campaign management and another only account supply, either separate the management fee or acknowledge that the offers serve different needs.

Put the costs on the same timeline

Compare the initial payment, minimum service period and recurring price. Keep advertising funds separate from service charges. Note commission, taxes and payment or currency fees where applicable. Mark a missing figure as unknown rather than treating it as zero.

For Elite Ecom’s single-account plan, the service is $1 in month one and $750 per month afterward, with a two-month minimum. A separate minimum $1,000 advertising deposit makes the initial minimum $1,001 before disclosed additional charges. Use the actual plan quoted when comparing a larger package.

Agree what happens when things change

Ask how a funding discrepancy, access problem, platform restriction or service cancellation is handled. Separate what the supplier undertakes to do from decisions controlled by the platform. Google’s pricing and representation rules are a useful reminder that material conditions should not be hidden.

  • Support channel and the work included.
  • Required information for an incident.
  • Unused-funds and refund conditions.
  • Notice, renewal and cancellation arrangements.
  • Asset access and records after service termination.

Make an evidence-based choice

Score confirmed suitability rather than the number of impressive claims. A provider with unanswered material questions should remain under review. Save the final offer and any clarifications together before payment.

Elite Ecom is an account supplier with support, not your media buying team. Ask for a written scope matching your business on Telegram so the comparison concerns the same service you intend to purchase.
