Identify the unit behind every minimum
Write the amount, currency and time period for each requirement. Ask whether the minimum is per account, per customer or per package. A requirement described only as “$1,000 minimum” is incomplete until you know what that amount measures.
Also ask whether a stated budget is a recommended operating level or a contractual condition. The consequences can differ. Record the provider’s actual explanation instead of deciding from the word minimum alone.
Keep the starting payment separate
Elite Ecom’s single-account offer has a $1 first-month service fee and a separate minimum $1,000 advertising deposit, for a minimum initial payment of $1,001 before disclosed additional fees or taxes. Renewal is $750 per month and the minimum service commitment is two months.
These figures do not mean that the initial $1,000 funds every campaign for the entire commitment. Your advertising consumption may require further funding. The exact plan’s operating-budget conditions must be confirmed alongside the quote.
Use a simple timing example
Suppose a hypothetical arrangement requires an initial $1,000 deposit and expects $1,000 of advertising per week. Spending $1,000 in the first week would consume the initial funding in that example. Continuing at the same pace requires more funds or another explicitly agreed financing arrangement.
The deposit and weekly figure are therefore not two charges for the same week. One describes money supplied; the other describes planned advertising use. Additional service fees remain separate. The example does not establish the terms of a particular supplier.
Ask what happens if activity changes
Clarify the treatment of pauses, partial weeks, delayed setup, lower actual delivery and cancellation. A campaign may fail to spend its configured budget, so ask whether the agreement measures budget settings, actual platform spend or another figure.
- Which period and account scope define the minimum?
- Is the figure a recommendation or a binding condition?
- What evidence measures whether it was met?
- What happens during a pause or under-delivery?
- How are unused funds and further top-ups handled?
Select a plan you can actually operate
Estimate the advertising activity your business intends and can fund, then compare the account terms against that plan. Do not choose a larger package solely for an introductory service price if its ongoing requirements do not fit.
Ask Elite Ecom on Telegram for the current conditions of the exact formula you are considering. A clear written breakdown should show service fees, advertising funds, spending expectations and duration on separate lines.
